GARDEN MAKEOVER CONTEST INFORMATION, RULES & REGULATIONS

This contest value retails at over $2000! You will receive approximately $500 in plant material, including any other material needed (soil, mulch, river rock, etc.). A crew of our skilled technicians will be at your property for most of the day working hard to give you the garden makeover you desire.

How to Enter:

1. In person at the Kitchener/Waterloo Home and Garden Show.

• Visit our booth (B323) and fill out a ballot.
• Then post a picture of the garden you are nominating on our Facebook page (please ensure that the name of the person posting the picture matches the name on the ballot) or email it to us

2. If you or someone you know is unable to fill out a ballot at the show, you can enter electronically using Facebook or email.

• Simply private message us on Facebook, or email us your contact information and picture of your garden.
• One ballot will be placed in the ballot box on your behalf.

All pictures must be submitted by Tuesday April 3rd at 8:00 pm.

How to WIN:

• Three ballots will be drawn on Tuesday April 3rd after the 8:00pm deadline.
• The 3 ballots will be matched to the picture you submitted.
• The pictures of the three gardens will be posted on our Facebook page by Saturday, April 7th at 12:00pm.
• Whichever picture receives the most “LIKES” and “SHARES” will be the winner of the garden makeover. Deadline is Sunday, April 29th at 8:00pm.

LIKES = 1 vote                    SHARES = 2 votes

Winner will be announced Monday April 30th by 8:00 am!

Rules & Regulations:

1. Contest participant must be within a 30km radius of Kitchener/Waterloo.
2. Contest participant must be home/property owner of a freehold property.
3. Draw will take place Tuesday April 3rd at 8:00pm
4. Voting period will be between April 3rd – April 29 at 8:00pm.
5. Winner announced April 30th by 8am.
6. All costs included:
   1. Removal and disposal of any unwanted plant material
   2. Replace with new garden material, not exceeding $500
   3. Construct and finish the garden as discussed upon initial meeting with contest winner
   4. All labor costs
7. We ask that Greenway be allowed to take a “before and after” picture to post on website and Facebook.

Disclosure:

1. Any information collected is for the sole use of the “Greenway Garden Makeover Contest”
2. By entering the contest you authorize Greenway to contact you at a later date regarding your garden/property
3. No information will be sold or distributed to any other persons or businesses other than Greenway
4. In no way is “Greenway Garden Makeover Contest” sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook
